- Samantha just took her diaper off for the first time and then proceeded to use her potty. She was very excited. (11/29)
- We tried to separate the girls because they were REALLY driving each other bonkers. Alexandra went to her room and Samantha got a diaper change. Then I told Samantha to stay in the family room which she did for a little bit. I noticed she was missing and then found her in Alexandra's room. Samantha was watching her sister play puzzles. This is the same girl that was screaming at her sister 10 minutes beforehand because Alexandra would not leave her alone.
- Alexandra can write uppercase A's and lowercase l's. She writes A's on everything, really everything.
- Samantha has begun to care about what music we listen to instead of just whatever Alexandra wanted. If she doesn't like the song, we hear "Not this one!" in a very loud voice.
- Christmas music is abounding at our house. The girls really like it, especially Alexandra.
- Samantha likes M&Ms, kinda. Alexandra would eat them by the pound, but Samantha likes to suck on them and sometimes spit them out.
- John's brother (Brian) and family are moving to St. Louis for at least 3 months! They are about 2 hours away from us now and will be even closer in January. We are excited. They came to see us for Thanksgiving and it was a blast.
- Brian and Shawna make AMAZING pumpkin desserts. We were spoiled.
- Alexandra has a Christmas program in about two weeks. She now knows the first verses to Santa Claus is Coming to Town and Little Drummer Boy. Put anything to music and she learns it fast. She is amazing.
- Our camera is still broken, but hopefully we will get a new one soon. But watch this space for a video that is a couple of months old of Alexandra reading to Samantha. It is really cute.
