I am only a month behind. Oh well - Memorial Day this year was really nice. Brian (John's brother) and family came down for an unexpected visit. Fun times were had by all. Also, I got camera tips. It has been so neat having family close by - they only live two hours away. This is the closest family we have had in our entire marriage (11 years now!). We have been able to share in the joys of parenthood of small children and it is nice to know that in a pinch, we have family that we can call on close by. They had never been to Meramac Springs, so of course we had to take them!
