Last night we had a really rough night. Alexandra has the croup and Samantha is sick and cutting two teeth. Alexandra had a bad coughing fit, so John took her outside per my mom's instructions. (I had croup a lot as a child.) In less than five minutes, Alexandra fell asleep on her dad in thirty degree weather. She felt safe and loved.
