There are thunderstorms raging outside right now. Our weather can't make up its mind - in the 60s today and snow on Saturday. If it seems like it has been a while since we have posted, well, it has. Both of the girls got the croup and each had an ear infection. So, we have been staying at home and not doing much else other than getting well. Today we seemed to have turned a corner. Everyone did the "normal" things today at the "normal" times. (Granted for Samantha this means going to bed for the night at 6 pm instead of 5:30 - yes it is odd, but it works for her.)
As the storms were raging outside, it just reminded me that as believers, we have a refuge in Jesus as the storms of life rage around us. And Jesus has definitely been our refuge during the past two weeks. I won't go into details, but the girls were really, really sick. But yet, we knew that God was with us and somehow it would be okay. So, here are some pictures of the girls. Hopefully, we can get more up soon....
