Confession time: John and I have never had a garden in our entire lives. We had tomatoes the first summer we moved here because we had what are called "volunteer" tomatoes. We had no idea what to do with them. This year, we did it! We planted four tomato plants! We are starting small and easy. Hopefully, we won't kill them. Four of the tomato plants that we bought were specifically bred for Missouri and are hard to kill. The other four are cherry tomato plants just for our tomato loving girls. The plants look pitiful, but they haven't been in for very long. We are still learning. Any tips that you want to leave in the comments would be welcome! Next year, we might move onto another vegetable! (that is if we don't kill the tomato plants this year)
