Snow, ice, and more ickiness

We are in for it and we know it. According to the National Weather Service, we are supposed to get ice, freezing rain, sleet, and possibly snow (in that order). And the low for tonight is 13. Note - it was 55 on our way to church at 10:15 this morning and our high for tomorrow is 20. Poor John though, finals are this week and well, the school would not want to close on finals week, so we will see what happens. This picture is from when we lived in Blacksburg, VA so many eons ago. It was our first ice storm in Blacksburg and even Virginia Tech closed for a day. Maybe Alexandra and I can break out the plastic sled tomorrow and sled down our front yard hill. It is definitely going to be interesting - this is our first ice storm in over three years. Looks like it is going to be a doozy!
